Visitor Policies

During your visit, please keep these important guidelines in mind:

The Adventure Ride has no age restrictions, but we kindly request parents or guardians to supervise their children at all times. While we discourage young children from walking up to the top, they can still enjoy the magnificent view from the deck.
Please note that older individuals with physical limitations or chronic health conditions should be mindful that there is a short walk, approximately the length of two football fields each way, required to access the elevator from the top of the chairlift.
We do not currently offer accommodations for individuals with mobility impairments or those requiring wheelchair access.
During the peak season of the Adventure Ride, the last chairlift up will be at 4:00 pm CST.

We allow video recording with drones, but visitors must complete the drone use policy and bring two copies when visiting. One copy must be turned in at the Chalet, and the other to be kept with you as you film. Click here to view the Drone Use Policy.

If you need to request an Adventure Ride Ticket Refund, please email: info@copperpeak.com with the date of the tickets and the reason for the refund.
