Welcome to Pioneer Cleaning & Lodging, LLC.

We have over 20 properties to choose from….homes, chalets and condos, each unique in their own way. They are located between Iron Belt, WI all the way to Indianhead Mt. in Wakefield, MI.  Some in town, some on the trails, almost a dozen at Big Powderhorn and two at Indianhead Mt. All are four season, fully furnished, with many featuring a hot tub, sauna, fireplace, washer/dryer….from small to large, we have something for everyone.
